Ven. Mahavutthichai led the afternoon talks on happiness. He told us his experience of 11 days in Bhutan which made him understand why this tiny Buddhist kingdom was called "Shiangri-la," land of happiness. Prayer flags or Tung Mantra, as he calls them, are seen everywhere around monasteries, stupas, ordinary people's residences and over mountain passes. The wind blows taking love and compassion to the universe. He urges Thais to contemplate on our Dharma practice and take action on transforming our society into pure land of happiness.
